If two face frame cabinets will be installed side by side or, if the end of the cabinet will be against a wall, it’s important that you leave an overhang on the face frame, called a scribe. This easy to do approach will allow the face frames to close seamlessly against each other, and allow you to scribe the face frame to an out-of-whack wall. You’ve got to watch this if you build face frame cabinets.
