Love it, simple design and love the walnut.
I made my tree tray out of one 3/4inch pine. I used a jig saw to cut it out and a trim router with a 1/4 inch upcut bit to clean out the inside.

The wood is spalted birch. I'm still learning how to make the fine cuts inside the bowl.
